"Airtech sent Jorge Diaz to perform a repair.
He was the most honest, personable and knowledgeable service person we have ever met in the HVAC industry. Every other HVAC company we have called in the past just stands there with a high pressure sales routine, with not a tool in sight. All they want to do is sell a $8000 new unit.

"Jake came out after hours and was excellent — polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took care of the clog issue and cleaned everything inside and out. The tenant is happy, and I’m happy as well, especially since it was past 10 PM and I wasn’t sure who to call or who to trust at that hour. I truly appreciate the service and recommend this company wholeheartedly. The price was higher because I don’t have a service plan, but given how close it was to midnight, it’s completely understandable."

"Great communication with Keith (sales) he set up my appointment confirmed and stayed in touch through the process. He showed up at home to make sure everything was going good with the install. My install crew was Dan and Andrew they were great! They explained everything upfront and throughout if I had any questions. They were fast thorough and cleaned up when they were done. I highly recommend the crew at my home very respectful and knowledgeable. I have been in the construction industry for a long time and I have to say this entire experience was very good from scheduling a sales person to come out until the finish product. "I noticed my air conditioner was blowing warm air and struggling to keep up with the humidity. After reading great local reviews, I gave Air Tech a call. Scheduling an appointment was seamless, and the company communicated perfectly by sending a text when the technician was on the way. I absolutely loved the program they use, I could see where the technician was and it provided me with techs name, phone number and vehicle he was in. The tech Paul walked me through the entire issue, showing me exactly what was wrong without trying to pressure me into a full system replacement or upgrades. The pricing was completely fair, and my unit is now working as efficiently as it did on day one. I will definitely be a returning customer!"

"There are not enough words to explain how this company is my go-to. I had an old system, years ago, they helped me limp it along, until I was able to get a new one. They did an amazing install, my FPL bill actually went DOWN and my home is cold and comfy! Any issues, there was a tech right away. EVERYBODY, from the owner, to the techs, the installers, and the office staff have been nothing short of amazing and helpful! Just had my first maintence visit, and Scott G was extremely polite, very knowlegable, and help me learn more about my equipment and how to care for the investment into my home!"

"OMG. Had Scott service us again. We welcomed his familiar face. As usual, very thorough and checked everything. Had a couple filters replaced but he's so honest all of them did not need to be replaced. Can't say enough about Scott. Very pleasant, friendly extremely knowledgeable. As a side note, Michelle, who calls to set up the appointments is very sweet and knowledgeable and is definitely on top of things. Great company!!! We're keeping them."

"I would like to thank the owner Jack for personally hearing my frustration and coming to our house w a couple of his top men. Had some repetitive issues and the causes were not in plain view and needed to be traced out. One issue was no fault of Airtech. Our hvac was installed before the foam insulation during the build and it had crushed a portion of the ducts. We had 3 techs here today who worked out the kinks. One even took my vacuum and dusted around each air vent in all the rooms. They worked a long day and were professional. We added some upgrades because Jack is a man of his word and we can tell he takes pride in his business and reputation and employees. Thanks again!"

"Our previous AC system was 11 years old and had a small leak in the system, so we opted to replace it before it broke down completely. Our Air Tech installers, Andrew and Dan completely removed my old system and had the new 5 ton system installed and operating in around 3 hours. It was a challenge since the air handler was in my garage attic.
Both Andrew and Dan demonstrated their knowledge and expertise throughout the process explaining the steps to complete the install and how the new system would work (inverter).
They also helped me get the new thermostat on my WiFi and linked to my phone. Our home was cool in less than 4 hours start to finish.
We have been an Air Tech customer for 11 years and I would highly recommend them. Every member of their staff that has worked with us over the years has been exceptional."

"What can I say about this company…FRED!!!! Talk about customer service and knowing what he’s talking about when it comes to his profession. He was probably the 3rd gentleman to service my A/C unit that often shuts off stating “service call” as we all know Florida is brutal when it comes to the heat so AC is highly recommended . And FINALLY this man brought me the clarity I’ve been needing ! And a simple fix well course !!!!! Thank you for your great / hard work and beyond customer service . I will be calling you directly in the future sir. Stellar employee."
